Admission Criteria
At Crêtive Hands, we are dedicated to providing a supportive, nurturing environment to Special Need children who want to explore their creativity. Our admission process is designed to ensure that each child’s needs are met, and that our program is the right fit for their growth and development.

Referral and Inquiry: Families or guardians interested in enrolling their child can contact us directly via phone or email for more information. We welcome inquiries about the program, and our team will be happy to discuss how we can best support each child.

Assessment: Once we receive a referral or request for services, a member of our team will conduct an initial assessment to determine whether Crêtive Hands is the right fit for the child. This includes reviewing background information, developmental history, and any specific needs that the child may have.

Personal Meetings: We schedule personal meetings with families to understand the child’s strengths, challenges, and unique needs. This helps us tailor the program to meet their individual requirements.

Program Visit and Observation: We encourage families to visit Crêtive Hands and observe our classes. Children are invited to participate in a trial class or activity to assess how they engage with our environment, staff, and peers.

Collaboration for a Smooth Transition: If it is determined that Crêtive Hands is the right fit, we will work closely with families to ensure a smooth transition. We provide ongoing support and communication to make sure that each child feels comfortable and confident as they start their journey with us.

No severe Allergies : Parents should inform us of any allergies for safety purposes.
Our Approach

Once the child's assessment is completed and they are found suitable for the class, they can enroll in the art studio.

Class Schedule:

Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Teacher-to-Student Ratio: 1:1 for personalized instruction.

Class Duration: Each class lasts for 2 hour. Parents who wish to enroll their child for more than an hour will be charged accordingly.

Parent Involvement: Parents are welcome to join their child's class session once a month to observe their child's progress and activities.

Weekdays: for neurodiverse children (quieter, lower capacity, sensory-based)

Weekends: inclusive or general kids’ sessions
